# Iris-3B Turbo

4-step text-to-image with [Iris-3B](https://huggingface.co/speridlabs/iris-3b), a 3B-parameter
pixel-space diffusion transformer, using the DMD2-distilled adapters in
[pentacoxian-dev/iris-3b-turbo-lora](https://huggingface.co/pentacoxian-dev/iris-3b-turbo-lora).
Pick an adapter from the dropdown:

- **r2-1000** (default): run 2, resumed from r1-1500 with an EMA of the student, iteration 1000.
- **r1-1500**: run 1, iteration 1500.

Guidance (scale 3) is baked into both, so each of the 4 steps is a single forward pass. Each
adapter is merged into its own copy of the base weights at startup.
