Question about mPLUG/GUI-Owl-32B and its base model

Dear [Developer/Team],
I recently came across mPLUG/GUI-Owl-32B, and it has been very helpful in my project.
As I am planning to build upon this model, I would like to clarify its relationship with Qwen/Qwen2.5-VL-32B-Instruct based on the model tree on Hugging Face:
Direct Fine-tuning: Is mPLUG/GUI-Owl-32B a direct fine-tuned version of Qwen/Qwen2.5-VL-32B-Instruct, or were there intermediate models/checkpoints involved?
Inheritance: Does it keep the same architecture and weights as Qwen/Qwen2.5-VL-32B-Instruct?
This would help me ensure I use the model correctly.
