Running on CPU Upgrade

Just a couple of models that are listed as proprietary that are either open or at least have open versions:

• "Maya 1" - https://huggingface.co/maya-research/maya1

(There are also some where there appear to be one or more open versions of a model, like NeuTTS, but not specifically NeuTTS Max, so those would belong more to "add a model.")

Also, "StyleTTS 2" has a github link as your link, and is listed as proprietary, but I'm not as clear on that one - there do appear to be some HF repositories, but they all have very few downloads.
