Add library_name, link to code, and update pipeline tag

This PR improves the model card by:
- adding the
library_nameto enable the "how to use" button with a Transformers code snippet. - linking the repository to the official Github codebase.
- changing the pipeline tag to text-generation, ensuring the model is found under the relevant category.
