Iris-3B Turbo

4-step text-to-image with Iris-3B, a 3B-parameter pixel-space diffusion transformer, using the DMD2-distilled adapters in pentacoxian-dev/iris-3b-turbo-lora. Pick an adapter from the dropdown:

• r2-1000 (default): run 2, resumed from r1-1500 with an EMA of the student, iteration 1000.
• r1-1500: run 1, iteration 1500.

Guidance (scale 3) is baked into both, so each of the 4 steps is a single forward pass. Each adapter is merged into its own copy of the base weights at startup.

Code: pentaCoxian/iris-3b-turbo. iris3b/ is a copy of its src/iris3b. This is an independent community demo, not an official speridlabs release.
